1. Digital Products & Delivery
STRAK is a digital software product. Upon purchase via our Merchant of Record (e.g., LemonSqueezy), you gain immediate access to downloads, licenses, and the customer portal. Due to the digital nature of the product, purchases are considered final once delivery or activation has occurred.
2. Refund Policy
We highly encourage users to utilize our free 14-day fully functional trial to verify system compatibility before purchasing. Refunds are not granted for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchases.
- Failure to check system requirements prior to purchase.
- Incompatibility with unsupported DAWs, beta OS versions, wrappers, or bridges.
- Price changes or promotional discounts applied after your purchase.
Exceptions: A refund may be considered if the software demonstrably fails to operate on an officially supported system, the issue is reproducible, and our support team cannot provide a reasonable workaround. Refund decisions by our Merchant of Record are final.
3. Support & Compatibility
Support is offered exclusively via the customer portal on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific response or resolution times. Support requests may require you to provide diagnostic information (e.g., DAW version, crash logs). Support may be refused for cracked software, shared accounts, or unsupported systems.
4. Abuse & Termination
Fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing of licenses, or circumventing activation systems will result in immediate termination of your license and account without notice or refund.
