1. Grant of License

Constant Audio Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, activate, and use STRAK. You do not acquire ownership of the software, source code, logos, or related materials. The number of permitted installations and activations is limited per user (currently 2 active machines per license).

2. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may use STRAK within supported DAWs and plugin hosts for both commercial and non-commercial audio productions. However, it is strictly prohibited to:

  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute STRAK.
  • Share license keys, accounts, or download links.
  • Bypass or circumvent security, activation, or demo-limitations.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Use cracked, modified, or unauthorized versions.

3. Activation & Telemetry

Downloading, activating, and receiving updates requires a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We employ technical measures for license verification, fraud prevention, and demo management. Abuse may result in the suspension or termination of your access without refund.

4. Compatibility & Updates

STRAK currently supports VST3 and AU formats. AAX is not supported unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee flawless operation on every DAW, bridge, wrapper, beta OS, or custom hardware setup. While we may provide bug fixes, we are not obligated to offer indefinite free updates. Major upgrades may be sold separately.

5. Liability

STRAK is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constant Audio Tools is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, corrupted DAW projects, or studio downtime. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the incident.

6. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
