Constant Audio Tools is a trade name of Stadsvorm B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 98594796, located at Telfordstraat 9-23, 8013 RL Zwolle, Netherlands. For support and privacy-related requests, please contact us through the customer account portal (login required). We do not publish a public support email address to reduce spam and phishing.
2. Data We Process
- Account Data: Email address, internal account ID, account role, timestamps.
- Session Data: Functional login cookie (`__Host-cat_session`) and a hashed server-side session token to maintain portal access.
- License & Activation Data: License details, demo entitlement, start/expiry dates, and activation statuses.
- Machine Diagnostics: Hardware fingerprint hash, OS version, platform, display ID, and plugin version for fraud prevention and activation limits.
- Auth Data: Secure Magic Link tokens and expirations.
- Purchase Data: Order data received from our Merchant of Record (we do not store credit card details).
- Support Data: Communications and diagnostic logs submitted via our customer portal.
3. Purposes & Legal Basis
We process your data to fulfill our contract with you (delivering software, licenses, and support), to comply with legal obligations (tax and administration), and for our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, and product improvement).
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers, including:
- Vercel & Neon: For hosting and database management.
- Keygen.sh: For software licensing and validation.
- LemonSqueezy: As our Merchant of Record for checkout and payment processing.
- SMTP Providers: For delivering magic links and support emails.
5. Data Retention & Security
Data is stored only as long as necessary. Session cookies expire after 30 days. Account and machine data are retained to ensure license integrity. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Requests can be made via our customer account portal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
